Our annual Fall Festival in Stamford is a must-attend event for both locals and visitors. From the moment you arrive, you are immersed in a vibrant atmosphere filled with laughter and excitement. Our Downtown Square will be bustling with Fall fun and local vendors you can shop. As you browse through a variety of arts and crafts vendors, you can't help but be captivated by their talent and creativity. Children's laughter fills the kid’s carnival area as they eagerly wait their turn at a carnival style game, a jump in the bounce house, or a pony ride! It is impossible not to be swept up in the sense of community and joy that saturates the Fall Festival in Stamford, making it an unforgettable experience for all who attend. Community Trunk-or-Treat

Starts at 3 p.m. on the Square
Our community Trunk-or-Treat is one of our most well attended events during the year. The entire community is invited to either "host a trunk" (RSVP is encouraged, but not required) or bring your kids to get some treats!

Kids and Pets Costume Contests

Starts at 2:15 p.m.
Calling all kids and pets! We want to see your Halloween Costumes. Kids will be divided into age brackets with chances to win small prizes! Pet owners will need to sign a waiver prior to the contest.
Family Day at the Museum

11 a.m. at the Museum
Join the Museum of the West Texas Frontier for a free Family Day event with a lesson on Halloween celebrations around the world and pumpkin painting.

Rubber Chicken Chunkin' Contest

12:15 p.m. on the Post Office Lawn
It's a crazy as it sounds! Throw a rubber chicken as far as you can for a chance at a prize. $5 for three throws! For ages 15+ with men's and women's divisions.
Kids' Carnival

Opens at 12 p.m.
Bounce houses, games, and more for the kids to enjoy all day while you shop our local and area vendor market!
May Farms Petting Zoo

Come meet the adorable animals of May Farms! Get up close and personal with some of the furriest, friendliest animals around!
